Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our refund policy is based on the time of cancellation in relation to your Departure Date, as outlined below:

(i) If you cancel in writing at least 90 days before the Departure Date, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid (100%).

(ii) If you cancel in writing between 75 and 89 days before the Departure Date, you will receive a refund of 75% of the fees paid.

(iii) If you cancel in writing between 60 and 74 days before the Departure Date, you will receive a 50% refund of the fees paid.

(iv) If you cancel in writing less than 60 days before the Departure Date or fail to provide any notice, no refund will be issued.

Refunds will be processed using your original payment method within 15 business days after receiving your written notice, based on the above cancellation periods. Please note, refunds via credit card, wire transfer, or electronic payment will incur an administrative fee, which will be deducted from the deposit amount.

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

(i) If you choose not to participate in parts of the expedition, either voluntarily or involuntarily.

(ii) If you start the expedition but do not complete it.

(iii) If you do not commence the expedition at all, unless eligible for a refund based on the cancellation period stated above.
